Associate

Kimberly (“Kimber”) Robinson is an associate at Athene Law focusing on regulatory and transactional matters for health care providers.

Prior to joining Athene Law, Kimber was a fellow for the Equity & Inclusion Health Law and Policy Fellowship with California Medical Association and Athene Law. She further broadened her health care law experience as a law clerk at the Department of Health & Human Services – Office of Inspector General, and as a law clerk for Kaiser Permanente’s Legal Department.

Before turning to the legal field, Kimber served as a commissioned officer in the United States Air Force, managing large teams across the world in logistical planning and operations.

Credentials

Kimber earned her Bachelor of Science in History from the United States Air Force Academy as a Distinguished Graduate, a Master’s in Public Policy from Harvard University, and her Juris Doctor from the University of California, Davis School of Law. While at UC Davis, Kimber served as the Vice President of the Health Law Association, was a moot court oralist in the National Appellate Advocacy Competition, and received multiple book awards for course highest grades.
